Treaties were recommended to me for my home air con service. I hadn’t heard of them before. Communication was excellent at the time of booking and the day before the work. The technician was efficient, pleasant, and timely. Payment by invoice the following day was easy. Recommended.

Absolutely top rate experience from start to finish. Booking was easy. Hayley returned my call promptly, and the service was booked for the next day. When Christian arrived, again spot on time, he was very knowledgeable, and professional. The a/c unit was serviced well, and he took the time to help us understand how to manage the control panel, and certain filter maintenance issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

In a very busy period leading up to Christmas, Treadies came out within a few days. Michael quickly identified the problem with my faulty airconditioner and (despite the awkward location) managed to get it working again within one visit....very impressive service.
