I have nothing but praise for ColdCoast Air Conditioning, and especially Josh and Caleb. Josh was incredibly prompt, calling me just a few hours after I submitted an online enquiry, and I had a detailed quote emailed through within an hour. From there, his communication was outstanding, he followed up every step of the way and kept everything clear and easy. Even when a staff member was sick, Josh still managed to get the job done the very next day, which was an impressive two weeks earlier than our original expectations. Thanks to the team, we now have air conditioning installed before Christmas, and our upstairs is finally liveable during the day. The workmanship, service, and overall experience were exceptional. This is the second time we have used Cold Coast, and didn't hesitate to reach out to Jason and the team to upgrade our current air con unit to a ducted system throughout our home. From start to finish everything was handled so professionally. Josh made the quoting process simple and stress free and was able to come out and quote within a matter of days. I had a great experience with ColdCoast Air Conditioning. I ordered a non standard product. When Clem the technician came out to install, he found a technical installation issue and gave us several options which were all in the customers best interest. This ultimately meant that a new custom part had to be sourced, fitted and a small delay to the installation. However, the result was well worth it with an absolutely professional result which I couldn’t be more happier with. I feel that if I had gone to another company, then I wouldn’t have got the aesthetic outcome I wanted and the difference is the personal touch combined with the vast knowledge that this team brings to the job. Thank you to Clem for his wealth of knowledge and customer centred personal service and Josh for the very timely quotation and communication. Thoroughly recommended thank you.

We had an amazing experience with this company from start to finish. Josh looked after the quoting side of things and he was at our place the day after we contacted the company. We had a quote by that afternoon with some variations. We were booked in and everything was installed within two weeks. There was not any mess left anywhere in any of the rooms where systems had been installed. This was a great company to use and I would recommend them to anyone.
