Amazing experience - we booked a quote online - received a reminder text and the technician came around on time and was friendly and professional. For paying our deposit early we received a discount which was great! They arrived on time, installed and cleaned up after. The best experience I have had with air con installation! Thanks Robertson Air Conditioning, your maintenance man was very cordial a very respectful. He explained what he needed to do and was finished in the allotted time frame. Robertson has been maintaining my aircons for a number of years, installing new ones and removing old upright one that they installed 25 years ago. The Robertson team serviced my ducted air conditioner today. Without fuss they got on with the job. Turned up on time (tick) explained what they were doing (tick) and why (so I could understand). They had to replace a damaged switch and top up the gas ... and completed the service. They even cleaned the dust from the outlets. I am very happy to recommend Robertson Air Conditioning.

I called to request a quote to install air conditioning in two rooms. I was told a quote wouldn’t be available until December—around two weeks—despite the fact I was only asking for pricing, not immediate installation. When I asked why a simple quote would take that long, the receptionist replied in a sarcastic tone, implying I didn’t understand how busy they were, and then said "if you can not wait two weeks for just getting a quate, you can call someone else, I am sure some other people can get it done sooner for you, haha". I chose this company based on positive reviews, but my experience was the opposite: slow to provide basic information and dismissive on the phone. A courteous explanation and a realistic timeframe would have been reasonable. Instead, I received sarcasm and no pricing .I rarely writing a poor review on google, but this is not an acceptable behavior I have experienced!
