We could not recommend Lawson Air more highly. While several companies told us ducted air-conditioning was not possible due to our roof structure, Dean was the only one who took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof cavity. He provided a practical solution along with a detailed installation proposal at a very reasonable price. The installation team was outstanding—an efficient crew of four who were polite, courteous, and brought a great sense of humour to the job. They worked diligently over a day and a half and delivered workmanship of the highest standard. Their attention to detail was meticulous, and they left everything exceptionally neat and tidy. We are extremely grateful to Lawson Air and their contractors for an excellent and professional job. Highly recommended.

We had a Daikin ducted system quoted from LawsonAir along with 3 other quotes. We chose Lawson. Their price was equivalent to the other quoters but they offered a complete changeover of the piping, dampers and electrical switchboard RCBO where the other quotes reused most of the above equipment. The installation team turned up when they said and they finished the job on time with no hassles. I would recommend LawsonAir if you were after a new or replacement ducted system.

I wanted a WLAN adapter for my 10 year old Daikin AC. Sharona helped identify that the AC looked as though it had the required connection even though the Daikin documentation didn’t identify it as compatible. Lawson AC was willing to send it to try with an option to return if not compatible. Their price was the best in Australia and their customer service fantastic.

Lawson Air have very competitive prices and genuinely look after the electricians they deal with. I have sent my wife to pick up aircon units and the team have loaded it for her without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Amazing. Our home A/C ducting system broke down over Xmas. Called Lawson Air for a quote and they came around promptly and were very professional with their knowledge and advise on what to do. They even fixed our old A/C system on the spot to get us through the Xmas break. Now they have installed a new system that exceeds our expectations.
