I'm happy with my experience with Acer Services Air Conditioning. Everything went well, from getting very thoroughly explained recommendations, and quotations, with several options with different merits, to the installation itself. Appointments were easy to arrange and kept, and the installation went smoothly and cleanly. I'm very happy with my new Rinnai 3.5kW reverse cycle system which is working well.
First connection with Tea by phone was very good and then Dominic ( Tradesman ) was also great. Dominic was professional and quite happy to talk me through what he was doing at any time. Very happy to recommend their services and will use them again. Thanks Steve

Acer installed a complete new air conditioning systems in our Brisbane unit. They were very efficient throughout from our initial phone connection and inquiry, to inspection, planning, providing a design, a quick quotation, and timely installation. It was a slightly difficult installation and needed to be done under specific body corporate conditions. It was effectively carried out so that it all looked good and tidy. Our requests were all considered. Good advice was provided.
I can’t recommend Acer Services - Air Conditioning highly enough! I needed a spare part for an air conditioner, and no one else could help me. But these guys managed to source it in just a day! They even sent photos to confirm the part, were incredibly patient while I double-checked compatibility with Panasonic, and made the entire process completely hassle-free when I went to pick it up. A special shoutout to Margaret, who went above and beyond to help me—she was fantastic! If you need air conditioning services or parts, don’t waste time elsewhere—Acer Services is the place to go!
Acer Services did a fantastic job cleaning and checking our two air conditioning units. Kate the Admin Officer was extremely helpful and polite. The technician Anjay didn’t rush through the work and did a thorough job. A very efficient company. . I will definitely be using Acer Services again and highly recommend them.
Shane came to give us a quote, he explained where the air conditioner would be best suited and answered all the questions I had regarding the noise. Within 2 days had a date and time for fitting and the 2 guys that came to install were so efficient and professional I would have no hesitation in recommending Acer.
