What a pleasure to do business with SIMMONDS. Clearly a well run family company. They turned up on time, keeping me in the loop; patiently put up with my questions, explaining what they were doing. Toby had an apprentice working with him; I could see the company ethics in the way he was guiding him. After servicing and checking my ducted a/c, my house is lovely and cool and smells discreetly fresh.. They also serviced the 2 split systems in the granny flat. My son will provide his own feedback.. On time at 7am and kept going all day. Quick lunch then straight back to it. Exceptional job cleaned up all mess explained my new control system so I could understand.
