Mark and Louise went out of their way to replace my aircon unit at short notice right at the most hectic time of year - 2 weeks before Xmas. Their communication was great and their personalized service second to none. Mark found the right unit for the awkward space available and got the job done beautifully. Mark and Darren worked through the steady rain to install a MHI Bronte air conditioner. They were very easy to work with, knowledgeable and competent. They fixed the unnecessarily large external hole left by the lazy previous installer. Pride of workmanship was apparent throughout the process, an increasingly rare quality.

We first contacted Mark and Louise, to service two of our existing air conditioners. We were not sure if one of them would be worth repairing. Marks honesty was very refreshing by the fact he said they longer life span than we had anticipated and didn't try to sell us new ones to replace them.
