Just wanted to say how happy I am with everything. You guys installed a reverse cycle ac for me recently. You answered a million questions from me, delt with my yappy (but friendly) dog and did an excellent job. But what impressed me the most was the interaction between your senior technician and his apprentice. We have been experiencing a problem with our Braemar ducted air conditioning system for some time, which caused water to leak into our bathroom, thereby damaging the ceiling. The company that installed the system, after several call-outs over a number of years, failed to detect and repair the fault. In desperation, I contacted Faircloth Reynolds Coffs Harbour and they sent Dean out to see if he could locate the problem. He very quickly found that there was a broken pipe, which he determined had been leaking quite heavily into the ceiling space over a considerable period of time. He replaced the pipe without any fuss and now everything is fine. We have had two insurance claims because of this fault and we are glad to say that we can now use our air conditioning, thanks to Faircloth Reynolds and their professional technical staff. I also found their administrative staff very professional and easy to deal with. Kudos to Faircloth Reynolds!

They did not arrive on the scheduled date, and I lost wages. I rescheduled for another date. They did not properly clean the air conditioners, and the awful smell remained. A few months later, they sent an invoice. I had to get another company to complete the job correctly and clean the air conditioners. I made a complaint and was not taken seriously. I do not recommend this business.

It started with our air conditioning packing up not long before Christmas which turned out to require a whole new system installed. It was a positive experience from the first point of contact with Faircloth and Reynolds. The whole procedure was seamless and with professionalism and respect. Dealing with alll the staff from admin through to the tradesmen was a pleasure and they delivered a first class service and product. Thanks.

We recently had air-con installed at home - thanks to David it was a straight forward ,and pleasant experience during the quotation and advice process,even though our house design presented difficulties. The installers were equally helpful and professional and we were delighted with the finished product.
