Regret choosing this company to service the Evap at my property. Since he visited, unit started throwing hot air. Shady work and workmanship. I regret not reading the reviews before calling this guy. I believe the model is to make the owner install new unit where they make a lot of money. AVOID THIS GUY AT ANY COSTS!!

EAS came round to our property in response to a request I had made for the company to inspect and diagnose a fault on an existing unit. Having spent a few minutes on the roof, EAS's representative returned to the ground and announced that the motor was fried, that parts were no longer available for the model installed at the property and that the dropper was badly corroded and in need of replacement. He then advised me that I would need to spend in the region of $3,600 - $3,800 on a new comparable unit and that I would need to commit on the spot if I wanted a new unit installed within a reasonable period of time as they were very busy. I didn't commit as I suspected that high pressure sales tactics were being employed. Being an engineer, I later inspected the roof dropper myself and discovered that it was not particularly corroded other than minor light surface corrosion in a few spots where the galvanised layer had broken down over time but it was certainly of no structural concern. The absence of corrosion holes in the dropper meant that its efficacy as a duct was similarly not in question. I elected to call another company for a second opinion. They confirmed the motor diagnosis of this company although they had no problems in locating parts and the fault was rectified with new parts within a week for around $1,300. Granted, I now only have a new motor fitted in an old unit but I also have $2,500 in my pocket that I would not have if I had acted on this company's advice. I have also avoided a perfectly serviceable unit being sent to landfill.

I am very disappointed in this company, after diagnosing our Airconditioners problem we were suggested that our best option was to replace the unit for $3000. After further talks and another opinion we decided to replace the motor for $700 which was only begrudgingly given as a second option. On the day of installation, Terry arrived early to our house to find we weren’t home and so decided to leave, despite us saying to him that we were only 5 mins away. I’m not sure why a job that doesn’t require house access until it is complete, warranted Terry to leave instead of getting on the roof and making a start- which he had done a few days earlier!!! Luckily for us another contractor from another business completed our job so we weren’t left without an aircon through out the 39degree weather. We won’t be using or referring this company to anyone

Excellent service. Phoned their office and explained our problem the next day Terry arrived on time. He check the unit explained what was wrong fixed it for the callout fee. No added bull an honest technician. They were recommended to us by an instation company. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this business. Terry came out within the hour and fixed the problem straight away at a very competitive price. We will definitely be using this company for all our further air conditioning needs.
