Cool Technology

I have used their service on two occasions. The office lets you know the name of the technician assigned to your job and what time to expect him. It is such a nice change when you don't have to wait around for tradesmen. The technicians arrived on time and were polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend Cool Technology.

I have used Cool Technology a number of times over the past few years for repairs to my boat air conditioning and refrigeration. Peter and his team are busy because they are good at what they do. It does take a bit of time to get them on-site because of this, but they have skilled tradespeople and the work gets done quickly and efficiently. They are good communicators, so you know when things will happen.

From my personal experience I have found Cool Technology to be one of the standouts in the boating game for good honest workmanship and value. The whole team are engaging, respectful and helpful. The job costs are well controlled and the quality of the workmanship is up there with the best.

It's great to see so many 5 star reviews for an organisation that deserves it! I have used Cool Tech for many years for both RC and evaporative cooling systems (domestic). Management was always good, and is now slick. Tech are knowledgeable, practical and obliging professionals. What's not to like?

I had a tricky issue on my boat with the fridge not working. The fridge was installed with fine cabinetry then installed around it. I needed to replace thermostat, evaporator and compressor. I first liaised with Peter advising him of my problems and the needs that I had. Mark came out and devised a plan not requiring destruction of the cabinetry. Brad and Tarq then did the hard yards of removing the old system and installing the new without damaging the cabinetry. The team were courteous, would not give up on finding and effective solution all for a very modest price. These guys deserve to do well; I found them outstanding on any measure and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We undertook a huge overhaul of our HVAC Plant and Chilled Loop System, rectifying many leaks and drainage issues and also replacing multiple AHU's. The scope of the works was ever expanding and the techs were always willing to assist and offer solutions.
