Luke was fantastic. Such a nice guy. When I first reached out to him, he tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone to potentially save me a call out fee. But that didn't resolve it and I booked his next availability. He turned up on the dot of the start of the time window he indicated he'd come out. He was just so genuine as he worked through the possible issues. Turns out he didn't have the part in his van so he tripped off to the manufacturer and came straight back and now everything is working perfectly. He will definitely be my first and only call next time I have a problem, and I have no hesitation putting my name to recommending him for others to consider.

Provided excellent customer service. Were very good communicators to keep me up to date on parts arrival and to schedule completion of work. Completed quality work, done well and in full first time. Arrived on schedule and did what they said they would do. Left premises clean and tidy after completion of work. Demonstrated excellent on site safety practices. A pleasure to deal with.

Hi all, found Arctic Air to be very professional and swift in responding to my issues re home air conditioning. Luke was very good and clear on helping me understand how issue will be resolved and now i have him and Arctic Air to thank for job well done.

My tenant reported the split system air conditioner stopped cooling in my investment property recently. I contacted Arctic Air on Friday to request a service/investigation. Luke attended on the following Monday to investigate; he subsequently reported that the system had failed & was irreparable. It was the original system from when the house was first built in 2010, so understandable that it had reached end of life. He provided a quote to install a new, reliable Actron split system AC that same day. I accepted his quote and all was done and dusted by that same Thursday. Luke & the team also replaced the ducted system in my home a couple of years ago & are always a pleasure to deal with. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Arctic Air to anyone looking for air conditioning service/repairs/replacement.

We had a great experience with Arctic. Got a great price on our new Daikin wall mount split system, lots of help from Arctic Air crew were efficient, clean and friendly and did an excellent job!

Joshua’s quite was accurate. His workmanship was excellent. The job was completed in the allocated timeframe and he was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Completely recommend his service.
