I'm really happy with the product and service. There were a few early hiccups with communication and some confusion around the installation, but once Eli became aware, he was quick to step in and resolve everything. His responsiveness and support have been excellent, and I genuinely appreciate how helpful he’s been since. Great customer service in the end, and I'm confident in the system moving forward.

Fantastic experience end-to-end. From first contact, Eli quickly understood my requirements and sourced multiple suitable options, which he explained to me with clarity. Quoting was quick, pricing was fair, and installation lead time was short. Job was done on the day promised and everything works as expected. Real professionals and I'll call them first next time around.

Eli and his team were fantastic in helping us upgrade our home security. We had a doorbell camera, an indoor alarm system, and six security cameras installed, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. My experience with EVOLVE Security and Automation is very bad and I will not recommend it to anyone. Bad service and very expensive $$$$. Subject: Warranty for products / consumer warranty and invoice. In connection with invoice ($218.90 for call-out) dated 28th of August 2024, the following is noted: • EVOLVE Security invoice indicates that - NVR is 22 months old and no longer covered by warranty. It appears that you have started the warranty period from the date of quote #476 (24th of October 2022) • the supplied equipment is less than 12 months old (I'm moving into the house on 9th of August 2023) EVOLVE Security's initial quote provides, all equipment comes with a 12 month warranty and workmanship is covered for life. As the NVR was found to be defective within 12 months of installation it should have been replaced free of charge. EVOLVE Security wants to replace NVR: "The total cost will be $870.50 ex GST. This covers the new NVR, the work to install it and includes the first technical call-out from last Tuesday 13/08/24". The first major issue was discovered on 17th of August 2023 by Opticom's technicians. EVOLVE Security professionals forgot to run the internet cables to connect the internet from the street Telstra box to the house, the whole equipment system could not be able to activate. Additionally, the system was configured to have two monitors. I know for a fact that the second monitor could not be set up because EVOLVE Security professionals forgot to run wires to the upper floor of the house during construction. I have attempted to contact EVOLVE Security in February 2024 with no success in speaking with anyone, including office staff and Eli Ho. In EVOLVE Security quote's statement are "craftsmanship is covered for life", see attached pictures showing EVOLVE Security technician's professional finished job (the white shelf was installed by me to support your company's Evolve Security and Automation equipment, and I used my own extension cords for to keep equipment safe). I believe that EVOLVE Security and Automation will not use the images as your company's marketing and on Facebook ??? PS.
