I own a building company based in Brisbane Queensland and recently had a situation where materials and tools were being stolen from 1 of our sites after hours. Despite good secure fences, lighting and locked boxes the crafty thieves were beating our standard security systems and costing me a small fortune. On a recommendation from another builder I hesitantly contacted Troy from Panoptic for some advice and assistance. Hesitant only because this was an area I didn't know much about and I was worried the cost was going to prohibitive. From the very first call I was impressed with the professionalism and handling of my enquiry. In my brief to them I advised my problem, the outcome I was chasing and my budget. After my consultation a proposal that outlined the complete plan was provided along a detailed cost assessment and an objective of actually catching the thieving rats in the process was laid out for me. Once engaged it didn't take long, Panoptic rightly assessed the timings for the return of the thieves and the surveillance team that they had in place apprehended them for handing over to the QPS. I was also able to retrieve quite a few of the stolen electrical items and expensive tools as well which was an added bonus. I further engaged Panoptic to conduct a security assessments on my other sites and now we have a comprehensive plan in place with upgraded security measures to ensure I never have these problems again. Panoptics Have provided first rate security support to our community. Professional efficient hands-on support to the extent of preventing numerous break-ins in our area thank you to the team it’s great to know you’re in safe hands and getting real-time support. The WhatsApp community text available to paying residents on the scheme is a fantastic benefit to joining. We got real-time feeds regarding suspicious behaviour and felt very safe knowing there was security in the area who could be there in minutes to assist. Even got a call alerting us to our open garage door we forgot to close late one night! Very professional and hand-on team, including highly trained ex-servicemen. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to join the community scheme or personalised residential security .
