They were very helpful and thorough. They kept me up to date on repairs. I was more than impressed with not only the professional work but also they cleaned car thoroughly inside and out and even painted Tyres. Customer service was fantastic. Would highly recommend them

WARNING: Winter & Taylor Paint & Panel – Corio My $130k 2014 Holden R8 Maloo went to Shannons Insurance’s recommended repairer for what should have been a simple exterior panel fix… 725 days, nearly 2 years, and 6 failed repair attempts later – here’s what I got back: Broken clock spring, steering wheel off-centre, horn & controls dead, airbag & engine warning lights on Anti-Lag button & wiring torn Shift light ripped out & dumped in the footwell Wrong mirror fitted (no blind spot monitoring) from a Holden Omega Wrong door handle fitted (no keyless entry) from a Holden Omega Side skirts screwed into the body with Bunnings panhead screws Paint so bad there’s primer showing, heavy orange peel, overspray on rims & exhaust trim Mismatched window tint, deep scratches in "new" glass, missing rain guard Damaged vinyl wrap, misaligned doors, missing wheel nuts Multiple broken or missing interior trims Missing door seals Damaged wiring to accessories Missing aftermarket parts and accessories installed prior to repairs Welds left unprimed and unpainted – bare metal now rusting Driven 300+ km unregistered without my consent What began as a simple panel job has now escalated into serious mechanical damage – blown turbo, damaged fuel system (incorrect fuel used), and a damaged head – all confirmed by a licensed mechanic. Now Shannons want to write it off to cover their own mistakes – on a vehicle that is irreplaceable. If you value your pride & joy, do not risk Winter & Taylor Paint & Panel in Corio.

Winter and Taylor was selected by AAMI to repair my car that was stolen and damaged. The customer service and management of repairs was well below satisfactory. There were massive delays in all aspects of repair work, including ordering of parts. There was no follow up from anyone to get things expedited and hence I had to chase them regularly. Yet, they failed to order parts from the manufacturer on VOR/priority, despite the Manufacturer/Dealer suggesting strongly to Winter and Taylor. As a result of their poor planning and management, I had to suffer for 11 weeks for the panel repair completion. Customer service is horrific. They act as if they are doing a big favor to the customer by taking customer calls. I would not recommend Winter and Taylor to anyone.

Winter and Taylor were amazing with my car repair. Clear communication right from the initial assessment, excellent customer service and efficient. Highly recommend, this is the second time we put a car in for repair through them and they have exceeded expectation even more.

Winter and Taylor in Corio were friendly, helpful and understanding. My car was repaired quickly and to what seemed like a great job to me. I couldn’t tell that anything had ever happened once it was done.

Kept me well informed about what stage my car was at, upon pick up was very informative and went over everything that was fixed on my car. They lost a star due to my bonnet not being closed properly, which I didn’t notice until I was driving at 100km p/h… having to try and safely pull over before the bonnet flew off.
