Beyond all expectations! I cannot overstate how ecstatic we are with the large job Western Automate did for us. At every step of the way they were a joy to deal with. Their clear communication, attention to detail and expert fitting was excellent. Even a small problem with one panel was fixed by the next day… and we live in Waroona! I had a great experience working with Western Automate team, *every* staff, emails replied and phone calls picked up - they are responsive and punctual. They are genuinely good, sets a good foundation and experienced in their suggestions and advices. They kept me updated every stage in the making, (unlike any other trades I dealt with, including those I rated 5 stars before). And the installer has passions in doing this, I believe it makes a difference, so I asked for a photo of him with our gate.

We are so delighted with our new electric gate and fence - the whole process from quoting and measurements with Alastair to install with Micah was so seamless and stress free, the product looks amazing and the staff were so lovely and efficient! 100% recommend Western Automate!!

From start to finish this has been a seamless process that we are very happy with. From first contact to the instillation of our fence and electric gate everything was thoroughly explained and easy to understand. Kelly and Clare in the office were efficient, friendly, patient and helpful. Alistair came out to measure up and quote the job which was, again, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with - everything was explained clearly as to what would happen. The instillation was nothing short of excellent. Tony handled it all with high quality workmanship, a friendly demeanor and professionalism. I've been a home renovator as a career for 25 years (retired) and I was very impressed with his skill - wish he had been on my team!! Byron then hooked up the electrics and explained how it worked and answered any questions to make sure I understood everything. I have no hesitation in recommending Western Automate...efficient, friendly, competitive pricing and a pleasure to deal with.

The initial consultation was informative and friendly, on-going communication was excellent and the installer (Tony) was very diligent. We were also very pleased with the gate and associated equipment. Overall a very professional company to deal with.
