Great service. We stumbled across this company while looking for spigots for our pool. We called a few times with random questions and were never made to feel silly for asking. We then decided to purchase what we needed for our pool project from them. We received our order a week early from the date they gave us. The packaging was exceptional and even when I made a mistake and called Jamie he offered me advice and sent me a solution. Couldn’t rate this company highly enough.

I cannot recommend this company enough. The customer service from Jamie is outstanding. Prices are excellent and support has been unfaultable. We purchased glass balustrading for our very large deck and Jamie worked patiently with us, carefully creating CAD installation plans for us, as well as a number of quotes as we changed our minds about materials, sizing etc. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Tasman glass. The glass was shipped all the way to Tasmania and packaged so well we would never have needed to rely on their promise to replace any broken glass. It was pristine and our new deck looks absolutely stunning. We have recommended this company to all our friends and we will definitely be returning for any future glass needs.
