This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service provider. The job was done poorly, and when I tried to contact Eddie to fix it, he ignored every call and message from my number. I had to use my husband’s phone just to get him to answer. When I finally spoke to him, he refused to take responsibility for the bad clean and tried to fob me off with $75 — nowhere near the $160 it cost to get someone else to redo the job properly. His cleaner also insisted on cash only and said he was a student on a visa. Between the poor-quality work, the refusal to communicate, and the sketchy way the business seems to operate, I walked away feeling completely taken advantage of. This business is unprofessional, unreliable, and not transparent. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
