Solar Water Wind

My family used Solar Water Wind a while ago and safe to say, are very happy with their service. Over the phone, the staff were friendly and very good communicators, explaining what they think the issue is, and when / how they’ll fix it. When the day came, the install guys were knowledgeable and didn’t make us feel stupid for not knowing anything about solar. Overall, the people were kind, honest, and helpful and I can’t recommend them enough!

An extremely positive experience from all areas of the business. Starting from Helaine back at the office who booked in Dale for an onsite visit, great communication with Chris who created the detailed report and summary for the system to be installed and then once confirmed, the lads arrived early on installation day and efficiently complete the work and left my place clean and tidy. It's early days now, but I am happy with the current output even though my area has not been having the regular summer weather but I am definitely happy that we decided to proceed with Solar Water Wind. A professional team who has been in the business for many years. Keep up the great work!

I found out my solar inverter had issues so looked up online for a good solar repairer. Solar Water Wind had good reviews from what I can see so decided to go with them. A technician came onsite a few days later to check my inverter and advised he had to take it for further testing. Unfortunately I got a call back a couple of days later advising my inverter had storm damage and had to be replaced. They advised I can make a claim with my insurer to replace the whole system. Christos gave me a call and discussed my options and provided a detailed report I could pass on to my insurer. After my insurer approved my claim for a full solar system replacement. The team came onsite and removed the old solar panel system and installed the new one in a day. The team was friendly thorough and very efficient. Thank you Tomas, Rafi and Carlos. Currently very happy with the new system. I’m just hoping that if there’s any warranty claim it would be seamless process. Thanks again team! Highly recommended for their service.

My initial call to Solar Water Wind was probably one of the best, and most fortuitous moments, ever. Without a doubt the most professional, helpful, and knowledgeable people I've dealt with in the Solar industry. From reception, to your technicians, sales, and your fantastic installers - they are all consummate professionals to a person. Thank you very much for the new system on our home! I know its early days, but the output numbers on the monitoring app (a winters day) are well beyond anything I could have hoped for. Your people are Rockstars!

I highly recommend Solar Water Wind! My old solar system had ceased working and while other companies just quoted on replacement without even bothering to actually come and investigate the problem, Solar Water Wind came out, explained the problem and discovered it was storm damage that could be claimed on my insurance. They provided detailed reports to send the insurance company and advised me about dealing with them. Their staff were friendly helpful and highly professional and supported me every step of the way with updates on progress etc with getting approval for govt rebates and all the way through design of the replaceent system and install. Very happy with the results.

I enquired with Solar Water Wind about getting solar installed on my roof. They responded quickly and gave me a better quote than I had received from another company. They communicated well from first contact to installation, I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking at getting solar panels.
