Supergreen Solutions have been absolutely amazing from before our new build was completed to the extension on our original battery capacity recently completed. The Sungrow system they installed has been faultless over 2.5 years and we have never paid Ergon one cent for electricity ever and in fact have earned $2800 from Ergon. Better still we have two electric cars and have never paid a cent to run them and we have never been without power for a minute. My advise to new builders is connect 3phase power, insulate your home, use heat pump hot water and stop procrastinating. For reference Supergreen installed 15kw of Canadian panels, a 10kw Sungrow hybrid inverter, originally 5modules or 16kw of Sungrow battery and a 3phase EV charger. Pro tip, have the heat pump hot water installed in the garage with the inverter, one will use the heat from the other to even out the temperature in there. Now they have added 3modules to the stack for 24kw of battery. Supergreens recommendation of Sungrow has meant it was easy to expand and it instantly shuffles power to three separate destinations faultlessly. Supergreen have handled all the rebates that made everything so affordable at every stage. Every member from the office staff to the field installers have been an absolute joy to be associated with. A testament to a company that feels like family, as in not too big or too small, and still make the customer their priority. Excellent.

We appreciated the fact that Sean came to the house to see first-hand our layout and outlined suitable options for our orientation. He provided printed spec sheets and answered queries on the pros and cons of each. His knowledge was comprehensive. We went for a 15 panel system for our small roof but Sean remained flexible in the event an extra 2 panels could be fitted. As it was they were fitted. We went with SuperGreen as the best value for money. The office handled all aspects with our energy retailer and the installation went smoothly resulting in a high quality final product. The electrician was fantastic. The office staff was prompt, friendly and helpful with our queries and aided us with the application for the Queensland battery rebate. We are glad we went with the Tesla battery and although we are early in ownership of our system we haven’t drawn anything from the grid and have fed plenty back in. We highly recommend SuperGreen Solutions.

Long story short.... Our Tesla Powerwall 3 died and Tesla are slow as hell with warranty..... But full credit to Supergreen for helping us out as much as they could throughout the process, thank for the backup service Ben and team.

From the start, Jason looked after us with securing high quality panels prior to their swift sell-out despite our home not fully completed construction. The pricing was very reasonable and appropriate given the quality system we installed. The installation was extremely well done, the team who installed the Inverter also completed a very clean install and clearly took care when working with a brand new home. I highly recommend Supergreen Solutions NQLD for anyone who is looking for solar baterry installation or upgrading their solar system. Torfhinn and the team was very helpful and informative in what to expect and very transparent in terms of cost, availability and timeframe. I had the Powerwall 3 installed in the morning and it was put in action straight away in the afternoon/evening when severe thunderstorm struck Townsville and caused power outage in many suburbs. The system basically works seamlessly and easy to adjust from the app on my mobile phone.
