Bakhtawar was incredibly professional, easy to deal with, and consistently provided prompt responses to calls and messages, always following up without delay. I had a very disappointing experience with Think and Renewable. I was given a quotation for a heat pump by another company, and Ian from Think and Renewable contacted me afterward, assuring me they would beat that quotation by a minimum of $300. Once I provided him with the formal quotation, he kept delaying, saying he was waiting for approval from his superior. Because of these delays, I was unable to secure the original price offered by the first company. Ian then stopped answering my calls, and even after leaving a message with his colleague, I never received a call back.

Ibrahim was exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I am not happy at all with their service. They communicate initially very well until you sign the contract with them. After that they give you false dates for installation and dont take your calls. I highly not recommend this company. They said they have inhouse team of installers but they have outsourced everything. I am super unhappy with their service.
