Even when we ran into a few challenges along the way, we consistently felt looked after and supported. Their intentions were clear, and John and George handled everything with integrity and professionalism. It’s reassuring to deal with a company where you know you’re in good hands.

A few months ago a couple of cells of my grotty old flooded lead-acid setup were looking distinctly unwell, and I finally decided to make the move to lithium. Green Banks's 24V 350AH LiFePO4 had the same capacity as my old battery, and came in a bit cheaper than a direct lead-acid replacement, so that's what I went for. My off-grid house out in the wilds of East Gippsland has been running on lithium for over two months now, and the new battery couldn't be better. Five-star service from George and John, who have been most helpful and good to work with. Excellent!

Green Bank Solar are very good company to deal with and as for the management and workers are very friendly and easy to talk to. In 10 years of living off the grid and dealing with various companies, these guys are the best by far they know there stuff. Now we have 6 X 16kw batteries with 2 X 8kw inverters all from Green Bank Solar. Running a small engineering and a house of 5 soon to be 6 ( mig welder, cutoff saw, grinder, microwave, fridge, freezers, electric kettle, electric oven, pumps and much more) all with there products and we still have power to spare, it's never been any better. I've been looking for several months for a cost effective LifePO4 battery bank to run an offgrid container cabin my wife and I are building in Sth East Queensland. I have nearly 4kw of panels, a 3.5kw @ 24v offgrid inverter, and have now purchased 2 x 3.75kwH, 24v battery units from George and his team at Green Bank Solar Aust. The purchase process was effortless. All of my questions were happily answered over the course of the evening while I decided whether to commit. In the end, I was happy to make my purchase. That was on a Sunday night. By mid Friday afternoon, Northline (their trucking company) had delivered 100kg worth of batteries. 2 days later, I have assembled and tested the rig, (minus solar panels, but using a petrol genny to charge via a/c input). The batteries truly are plug and play. Just need to tell your inverter the charge parameters of the batteries, and you're good to go. George is great to deal with, and am very pleased with the Green Bank product. The changeover of our existing off-grid storage from lead-acid to a Green Bank lithium battery transformed the system from one that required regular monitoring to one that is now use and forget. These guys taught me you have the option to start with one battery now and then you can add to it as your needs increase. So you win today and even more in the future, which is what solar is all about. I purchased the 5kw hybrid inverter and the Green Bank solar LIFePO4 12kw lithium battery. John was very knowledgeable. High work ethic, dedication to customer service and went above and beyond to ensure installation went smoothly. I own a large 4 bedroom house with a pool and my AGL app reads zero thus far. So the price I paid for this product was highly competitive and I have no bill. Green Bank organized an electrician to install the products. I can’t praise Julio enough, he was equally impressive. Now for the extra mile. Green bank’s follow up process is impeccable. They will check in to make sure everything is running smoothly and vice versa. If you have any further questions they have mastered the art in answering a phone call, calling you back, leaving you a voicemail message or txt message and sending emails.
