The installation team were professional, cleaned up and very friendly. Even after my install in January 2023, Chris is still helpful with advice concerning solar, battery, and EV needs. 5kw, 16 panel system was installed a month earlier than we were expecting. The onsite team was efficient and friendly, and the communication throughout the process with the office was excellent. Inspection was also completed without fuss.

Great Customer Service from the whole team at Solarhub, really spent a lot of time (unpaid) troubleshooting my system that was installed by someone else 10 years ago. In the end helped me submit an insurance claim for microcracks in the solar panels and had the claim approved so installed new solar panels Jinko 440kw X 14 of them. Thoroughly recommend you go through Solarhub to get the best products and service; they may not be the cheapest but the quality and service they provide are the best.

I have been very happy with Solar Hub. Not only did they do a great job with the initial installation, but they were able to expand the system a few years later for a reasonable price. But what really stands out is that they continue to stand by their installation. We were having issues with the solar circuit breaker tripping in the peak of summer. They came out within a few days to rectify the issue, all under warranty. There was never an argument - I just made a call and it was "yep, no problem, we'll get a technician out there soon" Now our system has been going strong for 6 years with no issues. Couldn't recommend them highly enough! There are some shifty companies out there doing solar installations, so make sure you pick someone with a reputation, not a new company that popped up overnight.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Recently had a solar system installed and couldn’t fault the company. From the beginning, their design process was straightforward and with some good ideas, the eventual quote being extremely competitive. The installation was faultless, with Steven and his team doing a great job on the install and tidying up after themselves - the team themselves were friendly and accommodating on the day. Communications with the company were perfect as well. Will definitely use this company again.
