Asif at Probec was excellent at specifying what would be good for any use. The deposit was small only approx $300 unlike some companies. Asif knows his stuff, so if you don't, no need to worry. The emergency power configuration was what I wanted and the workmanship was really good.

PROBEC... Price - great cheap price. Equipment - great manufacturer. Customer Service - the best I've ever come across. The whole process was fantastic. The results are better than expected. Would I use them again? ABSOLUTELY!!!! Should you use them? You'd be crazy if you didn't.

Excellent service by Asif & the team at Probec, as they installed a 30.6 kwh EsySunhome battery for me .They were always prompt to return emails & answer any questions , arrived on site as planned & completed the installation ,& commissioned the battery same day. After several quotes they were also the best priced , & it was great to see that a cheaper price didn't mean cutting corners, as they also had more inclusions in the price than any others. Very pleased & highly recommended company, thankyou.

Excellent service, great communication. Installed a 30kwh battery and works well. Installation was smooth and with an eye to detail, spirit levels used to ensure everything was level. All paperwork competed with all approvals supplied. A+ highly recommended.

Dr Latif attended on time and gave me a great quote and explained how the system would work. When I had some issues down the track with an older solar panel system I already had he assisted me with this sending his electrician free of charge to check this older system which had nothing to do with the new battery install his company had installed. When I have had any inquiries about the new system and how to best use the app he has always responded straightaway or had the battery company contact me and assist me. I would highly recommend Dr Latif and Probec to install your battery or solar requirements. I shopped around for the best deal for many months and you won’t get the service ,cheapest price and quality anywhere else.
