I had a positive experience with AYKA Technologies for my 12.75kW solar and 24.18kWh battery installation. Pearl was excellent during the initial consultation, taking the time to understand my energy needs and recommending a system size that matched my requirements. She was informative and patient with all my questions, which made the decision-making process much easier. The team remained responsive throughout the five-week process, and they completed everything within the timeline they promised. The installation itself was neat and tidy, though I was a bit disappointed to discover on installation day that the panels had been swapped from AIKO to Jinko without prior confirmation with me. While the subcontracted installers did quality work and the system is performing well, I would have appreciated being informed about the panel change beforehand. That said, the overall experience was good, the team was professional, and they've been helpful with any follow-up questions I've had. This is my initial review based on the installation experience. I'll do another review after I've had some time to use the system and see how it performs over the coming months.

This is our second time with AYKA solar, this time around we had a Tesla Powerwall 3 installed with another set of Jinko Tiger Neo Panels. Excellent sales service by Sam and his team. The best part was the installation service by Sandeep, very professional and a lovely team to deal with. Price is very competitive and the battery looks great! We mounted the Powerwall 3 on the farside of the garage and this works well for us.

I waited a bit longer than expected, but that’s not their fault as everyone is trying to get solar + battery now. I have to say their communication is excellent. They have a team in a group chat to help you answer all your questions. They have their own installation team which is great as they are from the same team and on the same page when coming to you. They stayed late to finish my installation which is not necessary but they still did it. Really appreciate.

Amazing service! from team Akya Solars. We got Sigenergy battery installed at our new home with solar panels. Kunal and Sandeep are very passionate about their work and sales. Their sales team made sure to clarify any doubts we had also gave us the best deal in the market. The cherry on top was getting and securing the battery where other companies were misleading and just trying to get a deposit with no commitment. They delivered the battery on the promised date. Our installation was done by Aashish and his team in a very professional and timely manner. The battery set up looks clean, performs perfectly and had made a noticeable difference in my energy use. Definitely recommend them

It has been 2 years since AYKASOLAR installed solar system at my home and the system is running smoothly so far. I contacted them couple of times for some issues with the monitoring device and they supported and resolved promptly every time. I appreciate their consultation, quality installation and ongoing support.

Got solar panels replaced and Sigenergy battery set up installed. Overall great installer neat and tidy work. Customer service was supported by Sam and questions were promptly answered and documents like insurance etc were provided when requested. Nathanial

Good initial experience but disappointed with install execution where installer don’t want to install at right place ‘not my problem’ attitude, just installing setup even after sharing pics weeks in advance. I understand It’s hard to scale up business to cater demand but if you deliver such experience there will be no returning customers. Good luck! Reply to below comment: I was informed about install requirements on the day of install only however installer took the easy way and increase the overhead and additional expense for customer. Pls get the coordination fixed between sales and field staff and ask sales to share install requirements beforehand does not hurt but intentionally hiding information isn’t a good practice.
