Velocity Solar - Geelong

Just had our solar panels and battery installed by the team at velocity solar. From the initial quoting to the finished installation the team at velocity has been a great experience. Hayden and his install team were friendly and were happy to answer all my questions, Hayden even made the time to comeback 2 weeks later to go through the system with me as I was not around when the system was commissioned. The finished job was of an excellent standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending velocity solar to my family and friends.

We have used Velocity Solar twice in the last 2 years. Firstly, to install our 17kw solar system and Fronius inverters in August 2023, and then more recently to install a Sigenstor 40kWh Battery and EV AC charging port in October 2025. In all our interactions they have been super professional as they educated us on our options and the implications of our choices, they then turned up on time and were very respectful of our new home as their team worked to install the system, clean up afterwards and show us how it all worked. They have also been very helpful in supporting our continuing education after the purchase as we worked to put our system on to the Amber network. All in all, I can thoroughly recommend them. Velocity Solar has now installed both solar and batteries at our home, with their service and communication being excellent from quote to completion. With the current rush to get batteries installed, I really wanted to avoid any issues of going with a less reputable installer and was happy I went with Luke and the team at Velocity as the process was pain free and professional.

First I contacted them about solar panels which were installed in 2024. Then when the government rebate came in I went for a battery. At each step along the way, Velocity Solar staff have been full of clear information, and the backup is great when I have been unclear on anything to do with the product or procedure. I value that contact so much. It's all been smooth, reasonably priced, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them, and have done so to friends who are also having a battery installed now.

Absolutely outstanding service! When a small issue occurred after a routine solar panel service (a tile was accidentally left off the roof), that caused water damage after some storms, Velocity Solar handled it with complete professionalism and care. They responded quickly, communicated clearly, and resolved everything in an incredibly timely manner. What really impressed me was the grace and integrity they showed throughout the process, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience.
