Solargain Mornington Peninsula

SolarGain Hastings installed a full suite of 13kw solar panels with accompanying batteries as part of my new build. They did a fantastic job and were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful, particularly given I am not an expert in this area and was relying upon SolarGain to set me up with the right solution for my specific needs (which they did). They also provided excellent after sales service when one of the products failed (through no fault of SolarGain). Bryn (SolarGain CEO) became personally involved and helped broker a great outcome with the manufacturer. Alex, Callum and Tom were also really helpful in diagnosing the product issue and resolving my concerns. I would highly recommend.

They kept me updated throughout the process, went out of their way to find a solution, and delivered exactly what they promised. An excellent team from the front desk through to the installers. We have had 2 installs done. Firstly solar panels and a heat pump. Our second install was a battery. In both instances, Will ensured the process was seamless from initial inquiry as to what system was suitable, followed by installation to sign off. Prior to installation we were kept up to date with the expected time and date. The installation crews were punctual, clean, courteous and answered all questions as well as providing additional information to ensure the systems operated as required.
