Very poor experience, DO NOT USE! I signed up to Esteem Energy 3 months ago, I received a 1 week commitment on install before signing. During the selling phase they were in contact with me daily. After hearing nothing post paying my deposit, I called up two weeks later only to be told they were waiting on approval from the energy provider. I checked the bill I had sent them and called back to advise they applied to the wrong provider, they then retracted the statement said it was all good and someone would call me soon with an install date. A week later I heard nothing and I called them back and was told someone would call me back ASAP. This continued in a cycle for 10 weeks until I finally got someone who would connect me to the install team. Their excuse was the government was making them do commercial installs first, and said someone would call me back, which never happened. Three months after signing, out of the blue I received my fist contact, someone called me said they would install on Sat 8th Nov. I cancelled my plans and waited at home. At 10am I received a call advising they were missing a $1500 part for the battery which I would have to pay for. By this time I realized they had no intent to install the system and I simply asked for my deposit back, lets see how this plays out! Waste of time and money and the worst purchase experience I have every had in all my years. How they have 120 x 5 star rating's is beyond my comprehension, no communication, no follow up and more hurtful is no product. I found a new provider same price for the same system. I suggest you do the same.

I recently had a 6.6 kW solar system installed by Esteem Energy, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The installation included 15 panels and a 5 kW SAJ inverter, which has been working flawlessly. Even on cloudy days, the system is still generating a surprising amount of energy. The follow-up from the Esteem Energy team has been excellent, ensuring everything was running smoothly post-installation. The price was unbeatable, offering great value for the quality of the service provided. The SAJ inverter is performing well, and the accompanying app is a fantastic tool for monitoring energy production. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the entire experience and highly recommend Esteem Energy for anyone considering solar installation.

**UPDATE*** Two months on and after phones calls and emails I have still not received any inteligable response back or a refund for the deposits I have placed. Be very very careful when dealing with this company unless you are willing to loose any money youput down. **UPDATE** Great pricing but thier after sales service and support is abismal. We got our system installed but from day 1 it has been functioning at less than 50% of what it is supposed to be and for 4 months now I keep being given the brush off by John and his team from Esteem Energy saying that someone at some point will get in touch to rectify. Enough is enough, I have not received what was paid for so now seeking for the systme to be removed and refunded so that a proper system that functions as it should can be installed.

Harry, was professional and played a great role every step of the solar process he was available whenever you needed answers and if he wasn't he would get back to you at the earliest time. Would do his best to help get you what you wanted. Installers were on time, quick and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves took all the rubbish away and did an amazing job with everything.

They did an excellent job installing our solar in a timely manner. They had the job done in 8 hrs and everything has been working great since. Highly recommend

Mark White explained thoroughly to me regarding the panels and inverters and worked out the maximum amount of panels for my roof to generate optimum energy. Gino the sparky did an excellent job hooking up the panels and inverter and was patient enough to answer even the dumbest questions. Thoroughly experienced and knowledgeable. Erhan did an effective task by reaching the most confined spaces under the roof drawing the electrical cables. Last but not the least Jason the engineer guided me step by step to install the SOLIS app and configure the system on my phone for me to check the power generated through solar panels. He was very patient with me at one stage where I couldn’t configure my wifi with the datalogger. With the aid of videos and instructions I successfully hooked up the system with my app. Thanks for your guidance Jason Extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.
