Solarhart have provided a quality product that is delivering exactly what we needed. Very happy with the customer service and after sales service. I had an issue setting up the app and Tyrone drive out to sit with me and help me set up and understand how to use it. You don’t see this sort of care often. Highly recommend this company.

Mick and the Solarhart Dubbo team came to our rescue! Out of hours, with a smile on his face, only too happy to help when our solar hot water had a major leak. Within the hour Mick had it triaged and sorted so we had hot water on the spot! Highly recommend, 10/10 service from local bloke who could have easily said "tomorrow". Love your work!

Quoting was done in person and I had a quote before Jackson had left. Jackson knew his products and could answer all questions we had. The install team were very professional, efficient, respectful and clean - no mess was left behind. They ensured I understood everything before they left. Great business, knowing they are using quality products and available to support our system and any further questions we have is amazing. The videos online on social media also are very informative.

Mick and Mark where both professional yet engaged in conversation about the product and what they were doing. Mick explained the current ED board and what cost it would be to upgrade. They ensured work was completed and indicated why they needed to come back to complete the work

Working with the team has been a very positive experience each of the three times have purchased from them. As I have some experience/knowledge of solar already, it was heartening to be spoken with thoughtfully. Jackson listened to my specific circumstances and pointed out information that would be helpful to understand from my bills and suggested a system that was less profitable for them, but matched my needs. The team that worked on the house were professional, helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable with how they worked, they explained each step, answered all questions clearly, were respectful of my yard/home, friendly and were so lovely with my dogs.
