I have been waiting since May for installation. Then on October I've been told there's an issue with setting up the batteries and new panels. I've been strung along for several months and although I'm ready to proceed all I get is broken promises of install dates. So very dissatisfied.

I installed 10kw system from Sunrays Power. I have not paid electricity bills since then. I would say stop wasting time looking for cheap stuff. Price is marked according to quality of the system you are getting. Sunrays Power has got quality products to meet your household electricity consumption. Trust me that this is not my first solar installation. I had owned several properties over the years and have installed solar on all properties. From my experience Sunrays Power has got excellent knowledge of solar systems. Many other installer asked for electricity bill to look for usage and are under the assumption that, put some panels on roof and it should work. There is lot of detail analysis goes into obtaining optimum results. I did lot of research on solar and quality of panels installed around Brisbane over the years. Took many quotes but none cared to check the roof, shading and single or 3 phase etc. Solar installation was complex at my house due to roof structure and shade. One side of the roof did not have enough space to cover panels required for 10kw system. Solar panels had to be installed on 3 sides of the roof. Sunrays Power staff did proper analysis of the roof, shading from tree, whirlybird, TV Antenna, Exhaust Pipe and my electricity consumption. Recommended to move the whirlybird and TV Antenna to another side of the house. Recommended cutting the exhaust pipe according to council regulation. Installed Optimisers to overcome shadows from Tree. They even organized a handyman to fix whirlybird, TV Antenna and Exhaust Pipe for a cost. This was great experience. Installation was done within half a day. I was able to monitor the electricity generated from solar panels on my mobile straight away. Even on rainy day 40Kwh electricity is generated. After few days of installation my area was hit by hail storm. Sunrays Power called and came by to check if panels were alright. I am amazed by level of care. I highly recommend Sunrays Power.
