Global Solar Solutions

We had a solar system installed in 2023. The rep from Global Solar Solutions (who was recommended to us so we trusted) came out and gave us a suggested plan with projected savings on our electricity. We ended up with a 19kw system with two inverters which cost a lot of money! - we still have large electricity bills and when we questioned Ryan, he said we use too much electricity. We asked them to come and inspect our system - when his installer came out he asked why we had two inverters?? We never asked for two, that is what they gave us. He said he would not have done the system this way - he also said there was an issue with one of our panels and he would talk to Ryan but to this day, Ryan has not contacted. We have tried calling and emailing and he just continues to ignore us. Ryan has sent generic emails to us asking us to register our interest in getting a battery - we have done this and he doesn't even get back to us about that. I would never recommend this company to anyone! We now have a 19kw system that is too large for most electricity company's solar plans and it doesn't even work efficiently. We should have saved our money and used it to pay our electricity bills.

Had a 12.5kw system installed in 2020. System works well, unfortunately ongoing roof leaks have been an issue. They came out look at it once, attempted a repair, unfortunately still ongoing. Ended up paying roofer to have look and found that when the power cable was fed through the roof tiles, they cut through the tile drainage channel on each penetration. This led to ongoing leaks and wood rot. Fixed now at a significant cost to me, but the real worker hear has obviously been my sarking.

Big thanks to Ryan and his team at Global Solar Solutions for installing a 47.9kWh Battery storage with 20kW Inverter yesterday. Very happy with the efficient, polite team and the neat and tidy install. We had Global Solar Solutions fit our Solar last year and they also did a great job, would highly recommend this company as they are also very easy to deal with. Thanks guys!

Global Solar was so amazingly helpful with the replacement and installation of my new system. They provided me with all the necessary information, helping me to feel best informed and understand what I was having installed. They were great with navigating me through the process of making the claim through my insurance company due to the amount of damage my panels had endured through a storm. I would highly recommend these guys to my friends and family.

From our first meeting with Adam, to having our solar system installed by Ned and Jordan the process was effortless. The boys no nonsense approach meant the job was done and dusted and not a bit of anything left to be cleaned up. They were professional and courteous, explained how things worked and made sure that I was happy with everything. Can't recommend them highly enough!
