Sola Plumb arrived in the time frame they had advised, this is always appreciated . Friendly technician who showed me where the problem was and how much it would cost. I agreed and he went ahead with the job. Payment facility efficient and the results have been excellent. A previous company was not able to resolve my problem but Sola Plumb did! Thanks guys!

When I noticed the problem with my solar hot water system I contacted SolarPlumb and they were at my house in less than 3 hours to assess the situation. It was a quite a big problem but they were back with all the necessary parts to within 2 days. I couldn't be happier with their excellent service and workmanship.

After a couple of days away we came home to a broken hot water heater. Spoke to Rachel the next morning who had Regan drop by our place within the hour to assess what needed to be done. We had a spare HWH in the garage, he arranged to have it fixed up and installed within 24 hours. Thanks to all involved for an excellent job, done super quickly at a very reasonable price. **Can't add another separate review so will edit this one** Just used SolaPlumb again recently. From my initial phone call to having the problem fixed was just over 24 hours. Fortunately it was an easy fix, but still, thanks to all involved in getting our HWS working perfectly again at short notice.

Have only just rang to check about a service on my solar HS and spoke to Taylor who quickly brought up all of the details of the system and its history and explained the services and how the tradies would help explain what was needed. Lovely young lady, friendly, warm and nothing was too much trouble - a credit to the firm! Will pop another review when Cory and Cameron attend my property. Cheers

Just prior to the xmas rush I had problems with my very old system. After contacting Solaplumb they assessed my situation and put in a temporary tank ,and then came back at a later date that suited to replace my system . I found them a well organised company and would definately recommend them .

We recently contacted SolaPlumb to organise a service on our solar hot water system. From initial telephone contact to completion of work the team were very professional. We were provided with options for our service which were clearly stated, technician arrived on time and completed work in stated time-frame. And, the initial quote did not change i.e. no hidden extras. Very happy with SolaPlumb and would highly recommend for solar services.

Just wanted to pass on my thanks for organising this so quickly and also shout out to the guys that came out today. As a tradie myself I find it hard to find other tradies I trust or who are any good to be honest, but the guys today were awesome. From the guy with the crane (sorry forgot his name)- who did an amazing job craning the system up without hitting anything like wires or panels or tiles, to Cam and his apprentice, they were professional, friendly, tidy. From the pipe work to the holes in the tiles - they were done so well, and no tiles were broken. Haven’t had any other tradie go on our roof without breaking a tile, so thank you! Cheers, Jamie
