In July I a 12kW solar system with a 24kWh Sigenergy battery installed by Total Solar Solutions and I’m stoked with the result. The installers Matt, Mitch, Tom, Luke, Jayden and Riley were awesome — super professional, took real care with the setup, and left everything neat and tidy. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work. I got them back a month later to replace my old gas hot water heater, and the reclaim system they recommended has worked flawlessly. I have to shout out David their plumber for his attention to detail and sublime work. The battery system’s running perfectly and the battery has already made a big difference to how much of our own power we use. Some days I don’t buy power from the grid at all. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking at solar panels hot water and battery storage!

Total Solar Solutions have been fantastic! From the email quotes with thorough explanations, to the site visit where Daniel also ran through a couple different scenarios (different solar system sizes and battery sizes, pros and cons), to the installation on the day, where Matt talked me through the install, asked about a few of the technical options as well as providing his professional opinion - these guys have been excellent! I'll also add that the office staff have also been great - quick responses with the accounts and compliance info. My system is running great! I highly recommend Total Solar Solutions. I'm also a repeat customer - they installed my heat pump hot water about 5 years ago, and all smooth sailing.

Had Matt (A-grade), Mitch (A-grade), Luke, Jayden and Matt (apprentices) install two Daikin split systems and two Powerwall 3 batteries today. The team was awesome — friendly, professional and great to deal with. Communication was spot on, they showed up on time, and did a really tidy job that looks fantastic. Everything was cleaned up properly after the work too. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of the installation. Highly recommend this crew!

The tradespeople arrived on time for the installation, acted with professionalism, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the process. Matt made sure I understood how everything worked.
