Inverter Energy

After signing up for the Solar Installation from Inverter Energy, it has just been installed. The Installers did a Great job, fitted the panels and rails on the roof with a neat installation of wiring for the inverter back to the switchboard. Professional work, Looks great ! Well worth the wait ! Stephen Z and Installers were polite and respectful. From my personal experience, i feel comfortable to recommend Inverter Energy. I am Glad i stuck with them.

Inverter Energy technicians successfully placed 17 solar panels on our roof yesterday 6/7/2022. The work was done professionally and to our satisfaction. Our dealings with the company have been very cordial and all queries promptly attended to.I recommend the company for solar energy installation.

our experience with Inverter Energy are positive they were on hand to sort out any issues we had with prompt contact. After having the system for 6 months we had their technician visit to tell us the best ways when to use the system to save us money and bring our bills down The guys who installed the system were polite and courteous. Only giving 1 star because it wont let me give zero! I signed up with inverter energy in November 2019 and was promised installation in December. They ignored a notification from SAPower Network in November advising that they had filled out my application form incorrectly dragging out the timeframe. They told me they had mistakenly sold me a larger system than I was permitted and I had re sign a new contract with a smaller system . I then discovered through SA power network that this was incorrect and requested that we go back to the previous ly ordered system. They then advised that the system I wanted wasnt available due to Covid 19 and charged me an additional $1000 to go to a system that was is inferior to that in my previous contract again blaming covid 19. The system was finally installed in April 2020 but the installers failed to give me the wireless identification labels to enable configuration of the 2 inverters. It took them a further 2 months to come out and remove the inverter covers so I could access the inverter passwords so the inverters could be configured. They then left without configuring them and I had to spend an hour on the phone with the manufacturer of the inverters being talked through the configuration process which the manufacturer assured me is supposed to be done by the installers. I should have been enjoying free solar energy since December but instead have0 paid I had an old system already on my roof and I was charged to have this system removed however they simply re-used the existing framework but fitted more panels to it meaning that the bottom row of panels are unsupported by approx 850mm allowing the panels to warp. I have been promised that this will be rectified and have been given over 10 dates that the installer was supposed to come back but he failed to show up for all scheduled appointments despite Inverter Energy knowing that I have had to cancel medical appointments to wait at home for him. Adding salt to the wound I have had to pay

I encourage anyone interested in solar to not make a decision until you have inverter solar visit your premises and advise you on the system you need. Nik is very knowledgeable on solar and will give you the best advice in the Industry. They are not the cheapest but they only use top quality products fully guaranteed. The man that installs your system, Steve, owns the company. My savings have been incredible all ready. My account with AGL has reduced by 87% so far already. My system will pay for itself in just over two years. Once again do not decide till you meet Nik from Inverter Solar.

Inverter Energy done a fantastic Job, effective communication, problem solving, fast acting. Will highly recommend if anybody is looking for a great solar company to get their solar system installed.
