My decision to install solar panel was a quick one, thanks for Max’s detailed explanation. As a salesperson, he is very professional, with all the knowledge in a solar system that can help customers to make the right choice. The after sales service was also sensational, Amber and Alex, you guys are awesome. Despite the fact that there was a slight delay for installation due to miscommunication, they sort out the problem straight away, thank you guys very much. Last but not least, once the installation was arranged, their team of professional electricians Jarrod, Darcy and their teammate arrived on time, and finished their job beautifully. I am glad I have chosen Sky Solar!

Although installers were efficient, product was average. Disappointing on referral process as to date have not been given my apparent gift card from Bunnings . Been give the run around forom one consultant to another, passing the buck no one taking responsibility. Pretty dishonest actually.

It's my worst experience ever. I have chosen them to install 6.6kw in June 2022.However, the solar system still haven't successfully connect to my electric supplier. They've also damage my Ripple control receiver. I tried to contact them to fix the problem but them never show up. Now, thanks to these terrible issues, I received 1.1k bill for 1 season even worse than without installing solar. Be careful to choose them unless you want to have the same awful experience as I do. The worst solar company ever.

Dealing with Sky Solar couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. Friendly, helpful staff from the salesperson to the installer and Rhaya in the office, who were easy to contact, spot on with their advice and did what they said every time. All up the installation process was easy and worked in with my renovations seamlessly. Add to that a competitive price made for a great overall experience.

I installed this solar company before they gave me a ten-year warranty. The inverter had a problem.This factory in China closed down.So they not do anything. Ask me to buy another solar system. I don't trust the brand and company again.Even they give me 25 years warranty. This is rubbish paper work. ***if company in China closed.You can't do anything ***

We are extremely happy with both the product and the company. To say the guys who installed the panels were hardworking is an understatement! The guys did not stop until the job was done, and were very friendly and polite. Every member of the Sky Solar Energy team we have dealt with have been helpful and nice to deal with. I would recommend Solar Sky Energy without hesitation.

We had our system installed yesterday and the installers showed up on time and were very polite. They completed the installation by 2pm and spent 20 mins to set up the solar system wifi. We are happy to have gone with Sky Solar Energy and the system they design for us.
