We were recommended Sam from Shiraz Construction by a friend and were so pleased with the experience. Sam and his team replaced two garage doors (one internal and one external) with frosted glass doors, which now let in great natural light to our workshop, music, and office space. He also organised a subcontractor to custom-build a security flyscreen for the external door, as it wasn’t a standard size — it turned out perfectly. On top of that, Sam replaced a leaking mixer tap in our laundry and fixed a wobbly towel rail in the ensuite. Sam managed everything from sourcing the doors and materials to painting, installation, adding extra locks and magnetic door catches, and even removing all the rubbish. His communication was excellent throughout — he checked in at every step to make sure we were happy and answered any questions quickly. We’ll definitely use Sam again and have already recommended him to friends.

We had an old dodgey outdoor laundry with an uneven floor + rotting wall frame, and Sam did a full rebuild for us while cutting a new door hole so we could access from the inside of the house. Sam communicated very well, completed the work on time and most importantly did a great job!

Do yourself a favour and hire these guys. From day one, they explained everything to us, were accurate with their pricing and eased our concerns. The floors and stumping was done quickly and with a real dedication. Sam is such an honest bloke who looked after us in every way. Will be using these guys for life.
