Wow Neptune security, Tim and Zac attended my store to remove an aggressive member of the public. Very professional. This company has been in Katherine for about a month and what a difference. I feel much safer working in the shopping centre now.
Had a great experience either the security guys from Neptune it was the management from fantasy lounge that was offensive and rude and was obnoxious towards the security staff. Please give them the reward they deserve 16/4/2023
Most disgusting behaviour of a security person I've ever witnessed. Location was at Cellarbrations Bottle shop in Mitchell Street. Loud, foul mouthed obusive guard who failed the code of conduct at every level. Management were notified by phone and email but so far zero response.

Not a very good experience at all very threatening guards that I came across. No follow up on concerns raised.
DO NOT HIRE!!! Went to a restaurant with my child where they were contracted and 1of the security took my kid and slammed him on the floor for looking at him, not professional at all
