After the NBN came to the house and fixed the internet... I had to call Frank and get the security cameras put back on the network. Which was done with super speed. Frank then came to sort out the Alarm at our home , fantastic service which we highly recommend , pleasure to deal with, came when they said they would. Family feels so much safer now .Thank You

Would give 0 stars if i could. I used Sensetech a while ago for CCTV camera around my property, along with several other members of the community. Today i had need for some maintenance to be done and a new alarm system, but was informed that they don't do small customers anymore. So, we cant get maintenance on our cameras. There was no communication to say that this was no longer an option. So here we are, with no maintenance on our cameras. Another story of the small client getting them off the ground and then left to rot. This mob is now a joke and now another case of big business screwing the little person over. Never again will we send people to this company.

I recently had the opportunity to have Sense Tech install a WIFI relay to my shed at my property. I am more than satisfied with the service delivery and experience. I was provided with a detailed quote on the same day that I called – which was totally unexpected but as my project was urgent it was most appreciated. Their representative Frank took the time to discuss options and find the best solution for what was needed. They liaised with the solar installers to ensure that the requirements for the project were being met. The installation team arrived on time and were professional and friendly throughout the process. They were tidy and left the premises as they found it. The team took the time to ensure that everything was set up properly. The technology itself is top-notch and has exceeded expectations. I also appreciate that Sense Tech are available for follow-up support if needed. I would highly recommend Sense Tech and their installation team to anyone in the market for a similar project. Overall, it was a well-done installation that exceeded my expectations. This is the second time I have used Sense Tech – the first project was security cameras for my business - and both times the experience has been 5 star. Thank you Sense Tech!

Frank & the team at SenseTech were great from start to finish. Our job wasn’t a small one, we wanted to cover every inch of our new 1/2 acre property. Frank found us a system that integrated with our front door bell, covered all the area required, is big enough to add additional cameras in the future, also thought about future connection points for TV’s that were not yet installed (which are now installed and works great to be able to view the cameras whenever we want). Any questions we had Frank answered in a timely manner and by the end of the install Frank felt like a part of the family. If you are looking for a security system I would highly recommend SenseTech. We also used SenseTech for the security system at our old house as well (two years ago) and Kurt was also fantastic which is why we went back to SenseTech for our new home. The support is also great, we had support from SenseTech when we needed it over the last two years, it did not stop after the install which is a big customer service positive and one of the reasons we went back to SenseTech. Kurt came at short notice to fix our cameras, and we got him back to install a new alarm. Very pleasant, polite, punctual and professional. He explains everything clearly and makes the process transparent and easy to understand. We've dealt with several security companies over the years, however Ill gladly only use Kurt at Sense technology going forward.

I just wanted to share my experience with Sense Tech and communications. I initially enquired on Sunday and got a phone call from Kurt the following day, Monday which was a public holiday. Kurt was not only professional but knew his product and services. He was very informative and really listened to my needs. I was completely sold and to top it off Kurt, made sure I had the security cameras fitted ASAP, he did the fitting today Wednesday 3rd, from service to price to kurts friendly and approachable manner I highly recommend using this company and ask for Kurt.
