Attened to Orica Gate 6 Deer park, I contacted Orica Head Office team who advised to take actioned below. Many truck drivers, including myself, have reported to the site with no response or support. I want to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the current security guard on-site Gate 6, Tilburn Rd, Deer Park VIC 3023. His behavior has been consistently rude, unprofessional, and lacking in basic respect and communication skills. Despite being at this site for years, he has shown no improvement in how he treats people, particularly truck drivers. Some of his actions and language have come across as discriminatory, which is deeply concerning. He is acting that he is professional complete uselss. Please check after he my induction paperwork how is he sitting on the seat and legs are on the table inside of the site office. I hope this feedback encourages reflection and prompts action to ensure all workers and visitors are treated with respect and dignity. Thank you
