I purchased 4 remote cameras for my home . They worked fine for 12 months and now they are OFFLINE. I have attempted to contact the company for help via email and telephone without response . Their office in South Yarra does not exist anymore . Waste of money, feel ripped off .
1 of 2 cameras stopped detecting motion and recording. only had it a few days easy to set up and great live picture but my orion was much more user friendly with more app options.
i have one of their cameras from Bunnings. I cannot for the life of me make it work - using the app is useless and I work in IT, I've set up various other cameras from other makers with no trouble but this camera and app is useless. This camera and its app is off to the bin.
These cameras are great, the set up couldn't be easier! Fantastic value for money. The app is very user friendly and the camera quality is super.... we're getting more and will refer to others!
I got the Monkey Vision GATEKEEPER WIFI - WiFi Security Camera to keep an eye on our front courtyard. It was easy to work out which product to get thanks to the example videos on the website, you can see what the feed will actually look like which is great. Customer service where also helpful. When it arrived, the box was securely packed and included all the set up info I needed. The app is also intuitive and it’s easy to access live feed from anywhere. Turned what I thought would be a tricky set up into an easy one, would highly recommend.
Installed two cameras by the farm gate. "Pro" quality products and viable price. I can't fault the app. Customer service also great. Definitely beats the other offerings from the consumer 4g cameras to professional installs. Will be adding additional cameras in the future. Added my review because i was initially sceptical (new/small company and based in vic - lol). Very happy.
These security cameras are by far the best cameras I've used. They are very simple and easy to set up, and work seamlessly with its app. I love knowing I can check my property at any time. Would highly recommend
