Very happy with the service. Jamie told me how to disable a malfunctioning smoke alarm over the phone, and we had someone out in a few days to replace all the smoke alarms in the house. It didn't take too long, and was done very neatly.

I am in a rental and a yearly Smoke Alarm check is apart of the saftey checks. 2 years in a row, Jaime has been the one to come out and test the alarm and change the battery. He is such a friendly and genuine man. It has been a pleasure to have conversations with him and learn about fire safety! After the first year, we went straight out and bought a fire blanket for the kitchen. He is very knowledgeable but not pushy and doesn't have a "scare you straight" kind of attitude.
