Patrick is very knowledgeable about mould around the home and the systems he utilises are the best in their class. He is quick and efficient and has good follow up service. We have addresses our mould issues with a subfloor ventilation system that was designed by the manufacturer from Patrick’s assessment of our issues and installed by Patrick. We have had a noticeable difference in the sub-floor environment. When we first purchase this place you could not breathe under there and within a week of running the ventilation 24/7 the air was much fresher under there. Give Patrick a call and get him to look at your home and mould issues.
A great success. Patrick was so easy to deal with from the start. We had bad black mould issues in the sub floor area of our home. Roughly 6 weeks after installation we have already noticed a huge difference. It is visibly drier considering the amount of wet weather we have had. Will be interested to see results after summer
Patrick is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. The work was good value for the money paid. He was completely professional and the service provided was excellent.
