My security door was installed in February 2024. Recently I noticed that the strike plate was bent and that the door is having trouble closing properly and locking. I assume this has something to do with it. I only have a beagle dog that sometimes jump up against the door when I come home otherwise the door has been used as normal. Upon phoning Kulwinder he asked me to send him photographs. Later he phoned me to tell me that I had manhandled the door and that he would only come and look at the door if I paid him $120. All this without seeing the problem first hand. I told him that the door should be reasonably durable in terms of Australian law and I do not think that a security door that is only 14 months old and that has not been misused passes the reasonable durability test. Kulwinder could not care less he knows very well that to enforce the law could be a very long and expensive process. My strong recommendation is to avoid Kulwinder and his sub standard products at all cost. He talks a good game but when it comes to delivery of a reasonable product, he fails miserably.
Kulwinder did a great job!. Our new security and privacy door is brilliant. He was super quick to respond to my query/come out to quote and my custom sized door was ready and installed within a few weeks. Kulwinder is really professional and super friendly and I definitely recommend him if you're looking for a security/privacy screen!
