NPB Security - Perth

I wanted to give a big shoutout to one of the female security officers from NPB Security. I don’t remember her exact name — I think it was Kushpreet or kushdeep ( she is tall and indian)— but I’ve seen her a few times at Optus Stadium. She always provides excellent customer service. I remember during the last cricket match when the crowd was really crazy, she stayed calm and professional, constantly roaming around and checking the toilets to make sure everything was under control. I even had a small conversation with her in the toilet area — she was friendly, composed, and clearly dedicated to her work. She’s a fantastic lady doing her job really well, and it’s great to see such professionalism and commitment. Truly deserves recognition!

The tall Indian female security guard working in the Bankwest Club during the first day of Ashes absolutely stood out. A group of 4–5 males were genuinely making her day difficult, throwing rude comments and behaving disrespectfully — but she handled them with incredible professionalism. She stayed calm, firm, and respectful, and managed to humble them without escalating the situation. Her confidence, composure, and guest-focused attitude were impressive. A true asset to the NPB SECURITY TEAM.

We recently used NPD Security for our end of year event at Mandoon Estate. The team were amazing, the communication in the lead up and on the night was spot. A special shout out to Samuel for being amazing to work with!

Just want to shout out the NPB team who have been working over the weekend for the WWE Perth Takeover. Great bunch of people and all super helpful! Also want to call out one of the guys who was working everyday (or "Maven" as me and a mate dubbed him because he looks like the wrestler haha). Unsure what his name was but it’s insane how well he managed to keep everything under control on Thursday when the Superstore opened and also Saturday during the Rhea photos lol. Cheers guys!

There was one security guard at the Langley Park Ayani car event, who put his hands on my bag and tugged me, which is something that security guards are not allowed to do in Australia. Not a great company to partner with. Terrible experience. Make sure you fire this flop (image attached)

Stuff has blocked the Emergency exit during the concert. Very rude and Unsafe!!

The NPB Security team are outstanding! Always professional, on-time, and helpful outside of their normal security roles. They made my recent event feel secure and friendly for all attendees and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend!
