Tom was very helpful from the very first email .He was very responsive to all my questions . LAPS Security are very professional by being efficient in pricing , sending out invoice to sending out remotes. I received the remotes three days after it was paid and today he was very helpful in assisting me to help program my alarm remotes to my system, I would highly recommend Tom from LAPS Security .
Tom responded quickly to our requirements, clarified that the original settings were not cleared and then set me up with a new password, and fixed the issue with the system. He was also more reasonably priced than the other options I called. I was very pleased with the all-round experience.
