Never thought I'd see the day. After all the years I've been in Mt Isa, this is only the second business I've had excellent service from! Staff were fantastic. Fixed my locking issue, and didn't bend me over to gouge me. Thoroughly happy with the service!
Drop my car off to get to get some work done on the ignition barrel. Got the car back with horrible rubbing in the steering wheel when turning and my head unit screen that turns off after few seconds. Denied having done anything that could have made these issues. Discussion had to become heated for the boss to finally have a proper look. Decided to "show" me what they have done to prove me it has nothing to do with what they did, and that I should see a mechanic for my steering issues. After pulling things apart he did realise the rubbing on the steering was because of their actions, and went and get a new screw. He did say he was apologising for that. But refused to take any accountability for my head unit screen. Horrible customer service. And I’m now left with a head unit screen not working.
