We recently installed cameras and security system which was needed urgently for a family member. Todd came out within a couple of days and provided advice and a quote which we were happy to accept. He managed to arrange the installation within a few days which gave us peace of mind. Jason installed a cost effective system with great clarity on the cameras and the recordings within a few days. His work was neat and he ran through operating the system and playback and storage. We also received a call the following week from Diane at Lockdown to ensure we were happy and the system was working well. We couldn't be happier with this company's service and professionalism. Second great experience dealing with Lockdown Security. Todd (owner) Malcolm, Diana and their staff are all dedicated to customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend this business enough. I had no issues with the installation of a completely upgraded camera system and any questions or queries were dealt with on the spot. Todd is a hands-on professional and both he and Malcolm will personally come out to your premises and ensure the job has been done to their standards. I don’t call around for quotes when it comes to trusting someone with my home security, this company is the only one I will deal with. Do yourself (and your property) a favour and get some expert advice on protecting what is yours!

Very bad customer service and experience. I contacted them to have a review of the quote from last time I asked 2 years ago and I completely understand the prices went up. To get in touch with their customer service it was incredible, I sent emails and I call then because no one replied to me and they couldn’t even understand what I was talking about and they keep bouncing my call from one person to another. When finally they understand that I accepted the quote given they had to send someone on site to finalise everything because I requested 6 camera and not 5. The installation supposed to be done in December, but because of their bad customer service we had to push it January and then apparently because I choose to have black camera instead of standard white (that to get someone to tell me the cost difference took 2 emails and 3 phone calls), we booked an appointment for last week, but this person was sick and I asked to reschedule for this week, but if I din’t call them again to confirm there was going to be no appointment booked!!! I book a time and he came one hour earlier without notification!! We went through everything and I received the quote after expecting there was just the extra cost of black camera that it supposed to be only $150 and one camera extra. When I saw the quote I was shocked!!!They increased the price of 1k saying that the recorder price went up!!!!Unacceptable!!! how is it possible when the quote was already accepted?And we needed just one camera and colour difference price!!I will not going with there as I found someone more professional and with better price. I strongly NOT recommend this company!There are more serious installer out there!!What a bad experience since the beginning and I can only imagine if we proceed what care they are giving to their customers!

Lockdown Security recently added some cameras to our workshop inside and out. Todd was easy to deal with from start to finish offering great advice in regards to camera placement and the correct equipment required for the job. The install team did a great job and were very friendly and efficient. Recommend this company highly.
