Had them installed over 10 years ago and they’ve worked perfectly. One died a week ago (my fault!!) and Natalie arranged a n inspection and quote and it was reasonable and I went ahead and from issue to fixed by Alan was 10 days, all on time and seamless. Highly recommended. Tony

I wanted both screens and shutters and HomeGuard was one of the few that did both. Not only did they come in cheaper but all the people I dealt with were super professional and efficient, esp Natalie. I had 9+ screens, 3 doors and 6 shutters installed on the one day without any issue and the end result is amazing in looks and function. We feel this is the best money we have spent for a long time. Would defo recommend! Rob.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Do not use. They made my security door too short for the opening. Now all the bugs fly in. defeats the purpose of getting the door in the first place, they keep saying they will come out but never do. They Claim they put bug seal but the bug seal is sitting above the door and touching thin air doing nothing!! Consumer Protection told them they need to replace but they are refusing Now having to take them to court. Do your self a favor avoid the heart ache and do not use this pathetic excuse of a company that done even obey the Australian Consumer Laws!

Excellent service, fast and efficient, friendly and punctual. These people did the whole house for us back in 2022. Recently, we changed one of the bedroom into an parental ensuite. We needed the shutter to be electrified and remote controlled. A small job that was taken care of diligently and quickly. Thank god there are still decent people running genuine businesses in this country. having done extensive alterations to our house since we bought it, I know how important it is to deal with trustful tradies, although it is often a gamble to pick the best ones around, I can tell you!
