I rang this company on Friday needing help with my alarm system. I had bought a property and was unsure how to reset the alarm code. Alesha thank you for your help you are the best.

Would never hire again! Firstly was a pain to book with them as we got sent around in circles for days and they ended up booking us for the wrong thing. Hired them to come connect our existing alarm to the internet and re set the alarm pad. The man they sent was on the phone getting advice on what to do more than a few times as he was incompetent. What should of been a quick fix ended up being a 5 hour job, which we ended up getting charged 7 hours for in the end as they sent two men. They unscrewed a panel to the internet in the garage and left it on the floor, never put it back. Also told us the CCTV in the roof being on was a fire hazard but instead of turning it off left it on. Definitely wasted as much time as they could to get paid more. When talking to the boss over emails about it he was very unhelpful and plain rude.

Amazingly supportive in times of crisis. The team promptly helped resolve an issue with the alarm system which was isntalled by a different company. They really do care about home owner's peace of mind. I would like to thank Brett, Shane and Rachael the assistance.

Phoned and spoke with a lady wanting to get security up and running. Stated they were busy as it was the holidays but first thing in January they will contact me. Given all my personal information including email address and to hear nothing from the company. Seriously if you are going to be that lazy might as well just say i can't be bothered because we had wasted our time with them in the first place. Just shows how punctual the company is from the way they do not do something as promised.

Had home security system installed - very happy with the work and feel safer at home now. Technicians were great and worked very clean, thank you!

Fantastic service, couldn't do enough to help. We have use Digital Ss for work and home. I would not use anybody else. Highly recommended.
