Murry Collis works at AFP, Extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff. At the very least, they should be taught how to speak politely with others. There is no excuse for rudeness or lack of basic courtesy. I had a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend this place until they seriously address their customer service.
Their staff have to be the most unaccomodating of all front desk security services in Canberra. Rules help keep everyone safe... But we engage humans to exercise judgement and make good decisions that allow people to do their jobs and live their lives. An attitude adjustment seems to be in order with a few staff. Some, however, are just fantastic.
Security at woden hospital- covid check in. Staff removing his mask constantly and scratching his nose. Replaces mask, no hand sanitiser used. Tried to push icon on my phone when i checked in.
So a while ago I was walking to my work and out the front was an MSS security car and as I got closer they drove away, then one day at work we got a delivery of housekeeping supplies and I went downstairs to grab a big kitchen knife and one of the guest said "that guys got a knife" I then took the supplies down to the basement and then took out the trash and waiting out the back of my hotel was an MSS security officer she had hacked into my phone and was spying on me monitoring everything that people were saying around me MSS security has the authority to hack and spy into people's phones
