This review is bit overdue. We had security doors and window screens installed at our Glenroy townhouse by BOSS Security Doors & Blinds last August and the experience was outstanding. We went to see David at the the shop in Epping and he provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us choose the perfect security doors and window screens for our needs. The installation was handled by George, and his expertise was evident in the flawless execution. He came out to take measurements and do color-matching one day and a couple weeks later to do the installation. Our sliding glass back door was installed in a bit of a non-standard way by the home builders, but George was able to figure out a way to install the security screens in such a way as to provide a clean and streamlined appearance, giving the non-standard door a neat and cohesive aesthetic. I doubt that a less-experienced installer would have been able to do this. George was efficient, professional, and ensured that the security doors were installed with precision. We now feel more secure in our home, thanks to the top-notch Amplimesh product and the service provided by BOSS Security Doors & Blinds. George did all our flyscreens and security doors in our first home many years ago, so when we moved into our 2nd new home we didn’t have any hesitation in calling him to install all the screens & doors again.
